THE PROJECT
Outline Design Office were engaged by The GPT Group to design three spec suites within Riverside Centre to assist with leasing efforts of vacant space. As a premium grade building within the golden triangle of Brisbane City, GPT were clear about the quality of spec suites they wanted to deliver to market. Each suite was designed with a unique concept to appeal to various professional sectors. A collaborative approach to the design process, including input from leasing agents, ODO as workplace specialists and key stakeholders within The GPT Group, ensured that the investment in the spec suites was enticing for potential tenants and offered value for money for GPT.
From a planning perspective, each tenancy offered something different in terms of access to key views, natural light and visibility from the lift lobby. A range of offerings was provided in each tenancy, some with manned reception points and others with check in zones only. Support spaces included meeting and quiet rooms, reading nooks and open breakout spaces that double as drop in zones for additional headcount and informal meetings. Each of these workplaces, with their own unique look and feel, are highly flexible and ready to accommodate all the requirements of the next tenants to hit the ground running.
