THE PROJECT

Outline Design Office was engaged by the developer, JGL Properties, to create display suites to assist in the sales process for this development of over 300 apartments. The client brief required us to showcase the apartment design (base building Architecture by Bureau Proberts) and create a highly desirable space that would allow potential buyers to see the apartments as there future home (or investment). A consistent palette of dark timber, metal, tan leather, navy blue and emerald green was used to add texture and interest against the subdued base building palette. With integration of artwork and styling elements, the result was a sophisticated inner- city apartment design aimed at buyer demographic within this exciting suburb.
