THE PROJECT

The move to a single floor saw this client reduce their real estate footprint and enabled the creation of a more connected workplace, driving innovation and communicating the vibrancy of this unique city to visitors and customers. Previously split across 3 floors and siloed within separate business units, the new workspace accommodates zones for sharing of ideas and supports the culture of a single united team.

The brief required a more flexible work model to support seasonal fluctuations in headcount and the transition toward increased agility for more mobile teams, which will allow for accommodation of long term growth. Future-proofing design elements included consistent desk sizing, additional locker space, collaboration areas that can double as overflow work-zones and tech-enabled mobility.
